The DM542 controller is a type of 2-step hybrid stepper motor controller.

The voltage is from 18 to 50 V DC. Its design allows its use with 2-stage stepper motors of all kinds, from those with a diameter of 42 mm (no 17) to those with a diameter of 57 mm (no 23) to 86 mm (no 34), and less than the current phase 4.0A.

The adopted circuit is similar to that of a servo motor that allows the engine to run smoothly, with almost no noise or vibration. The maintenance torque when the DM542 is running at high speeds is significantly higher than that of other 2-stage controllers. It can be for these characteristics used in CNC machines such as CNC machinery and 3D printers.
