This 12v Relay module has single relay on board.Power source required is 12v.
When a Logic HIGH is applied at IN pin (max 5v) the transistor BC547 switches ON the relay.
Relay contacts are at terminal NO, Pole & NC.
The Gnd pin of module and that of Microcontroller like Arduino must be made common.
