The maximum input current can reach 2A when the resistor is removed. However, the IC has the function of "over temperature protection". When the internal junction temperature exceeds 150°C, the power MOSFET will automatically turn off.

When the connection temperature drops to 30°C at the OTP threshold temperature, the power MOSFET will wake up. The starting voltage is 2.8V and the output current is 50mA.
