The BMS Battery Load Balancer (Battery Management System) model HX-3S-FL25A-A is a device that charges 3 Li-ion batteries in series, tolerating a maximum current of 25A. It operates at a charging voltage of 10.8 V to 13 V, its charging voltage being 4.25 to 4.35v ±0. 05 V and discharge voltage 2.3 V to 0.5 V.

It has overcharging and over discharging protection of Li-ion battery, that is, they control when the battery or set of cells should not be discharged, cutting the output voltage and at what time it has been sufficiently charged, cutting the excessive input voltage.

The Balancer charges 3 Batteries in series, useful in electronic products that require 12V. Additional protects the systems from an overload, over current and short circuits; since it detects the voltage level in each of the batteries by balancing and pairing them.
