P45 Vertical Mount Float Switch For Water Level Sensing
 
A P45  Plastic Float Switch is a type of level sensor, used to detect the level of liquid within a tank. It is neither a complicated circuit nor does it provide power. It is a simple structure, easy to use level control device; furthermore, this  has inbuilt REED switch and a magnet.

User Manual:
Intake System: Install the float switch at a suitable place in vertical. When the ball falls, the switch is connected, and when the ball floats, the switch is a disconnect.
Drainage system: Install the float switch at a suitable place in vertical. When the ball falls, the switch is disconnect, and when the ball floats, the switch is connected
Note:
Because the current that the switch can carry is much little(0.5A), you must use a relay or contactor when it is connected by a load.
